Jeff Lu

Jeff Lu joined EQT Partners in May 2023 and is a Managing Director covering software and industrial technology with the Hong Kong Growth Team.

Prior to joining EQT, Jeff was a member of the founding team of Princeville Capital and responsible for the Asia-Pacific coverage of the growth and climate technology programs. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley, based in Hong Kong

Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and a MBA in Finance from The Wharton School. In his free time he enjoys running, boxing, and making the occasional appearance as a wedding DJ
