Adeline Wong

Adeline Wong is the Head of HR for Private Capital Asia at EQT. Based in Hong Kong, she leads the people agenda for the Private Capital business in the region, supporting the platform's senior leadership on talent and organizational priorities. She is also a member of the Private Capital Asia Management Committee. Prior to joining EQT, Adeline was a member of the Leadership Advisory team at Spencer Stuart, where she advised organizations on leadership selection, capability development, and succession planning. Earlier in her career, she was Head of Operations and People Development for Booz & Company, Greater China, focused on talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Adeline holds a B.S. with Honors in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Iowa and an M.S. in Biotechnology from Northwestern University. She also holds a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the Harvard Extension School.
