Zoë van den Broek

Zoë van den Broek joined EQT Legal in 2024 and is based in the Amsterdam office.

Prior to joining EQT, Zoë worked as a corporate and M&A deputy civil-law notary at the law firm Clifford Chance in Amsterdam, focusing on corporate transactions, in particular cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, management equity plans, fund investments and establishments and corporate governance advise.

Zoë holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law from the Utrecht University, as well as a postgraduate professional degree in Notarial Law.
