Ylva Hannestad

Ylva Hannestad is Head of Sustainability in EQT's Global Client Solutions team, where she is responsible for sustainability across the client interface — covering clients' sustainability needs, engagement, and EQT's positioning on sustainability themes in the market. Ylva joined EQT in 2022 and is based in Stockholm. Her work spans EQT's global LP base, engaging institutional investors on topics ranging from decarbonisation and climate risk to responsible AI. Prior to joining EQT, Ylva held sustainability leadership roles across asset management and banking at Nordea. She holds an MSc in Business Administration from Linköping University.
