Viktor Leisnert joined EQT Legal in 2022 and is based in the Stockholm office. Prior to joining EQT, Viktor worked as an M&A and private equity lawyer at law firms Mannheimer Swartling and White & Case focusing on transactions, incentive schemes and other equity related matters, and as Senior M&A Counsel at Kry. Viktor holds an LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of Gothenburg and a postgraduate certificate in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.
