Victor de Roo

Victor de Roo is a Director at EQT, based in Amsterdam, where he leads carry allocations and oversees a range of carried interest structures across the firm. He works closely with teams across EQT, bringing deep operational expertise in fund economics and ownership structures. Victor joined EQT Partners in 2001 and has since built more than two decades of experience spanning fund support and the operational mechanics of ownership and carried interest. Victor holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and is an alumnus of Nyenrode University. He also holds a BSc from Eindhoven Polytechnic School.
