Valentina Rullo

Valentina Rullo is a Vice President at EQT Partners and is part of the EMEA Global Wealth Solutions team based in London. She joined EQT in February 2025 and has over a decade of experience in asset management and business development across Southern Europe.

Prior to EQT, Valentina led Trium Capital’s sales strategy in Italy, Ticino, Spain, and Portugal. She also held roles at Invesco, Merian Global Investors (now Jupiter Asset Management), and BNY Mellon, working across Milan and London.

She holds a BA in International Relations and an MSc in Political Science from Università Cattolica di Milano. Valentina is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
