Usman Khattak

Usman Khattak is Head of Fund Finance at EQT, where he oversees fund finance within EQT's fund operations function. His responsibilities span financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and investor reporting across EQT's global platform, and he plays a key role in ensuring EQT's fund structures are operationally robust and able to scale. Based in Luxembourg, Usman's work covers EQT's fund Finance across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the United States, and he plays a central role in EQT's operational infrastructure globally. Usman joined EQT in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at Langham Hall in Luxembourg, where he led teams delivering fund administration services to private equity and real estate funds. Before that, he was at PwC in the audit practice, where he gained experience across private equity fund structures and the audit of portfolio companies. Usman holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
