Teia Merring

Teia Merring is a Partner and Head of Global Strategic Partnership Solutions at EQT, where she leads engagement with the firm's most senior investor relationships at CIO and CEO level. Working across EQT's full platform, Teia focuses on deepening and strengthening the firm's global strategic partnerships — ensuring EQT continues to evolve as a trusted preferred partner, building solutions with and for our partners.

Based in London, Teia's work spans EQT's largest global institutional relationships, bringing a holistic perspective to how the firm can best serve investor objectives over time.

Teia joined EQT in April 2026, bringing with her a longstanding perspective as a former EQT investor and LPAC member.

Teia holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining EQT, she spent 15 years at Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), most recently as Senior Investment Director, Private Equity, and served as Chair of ILPA, the world's largest association of private equity limited partners.
