Sean Felter

Sean Felter is a Real Estate Product Specialist in the Global Client Solutions group at EQT, where he leads coverage of institutional investors and consultants across the Midwest United States and Canada. He works with public and corporate pension plans, insurers, endowments, and family offices, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the investment lifecycle. Based in Chicago, Sean's work spans EQT's real estate platform, with a focus on U.S. and European strategies in the industrial and living sectors. He plays a central role in deepening EQT's institutional relationships across the Midwest and Canadian markets. Sean joined EQT in 2024. Sean holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University, with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics, and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Prior to joining EQT, he led capital raising efforts at Golub & Company, a Chicago-based real estate investor and developer.
