Sarah Soh joined EQT Legal in 2025 and is based in the Singapore office. Prior to joining EQT, Sarah worked as a lawyer at the law firm Latham & Watkins, where she advised on M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as general Singapore regulatory and corporate matters. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
