Sarah Louise Ambler

Sarah Louise Ambler is an HR Director at EQT, where she serves as HR Business Partner for Private Capital EU & NA, partnering across the full employee lifecycle. Since joining EQT in 2019 Sarah has been based in London throughout her tenure. Sarah's work spans EQT's European Private Equity, Future, and Healthcare Growth teams, where she plays a central role in shaping people strategy to attract, develop and retain the best talent. Prior to joining EQT, Sarah worked at Audeliss and INvolve People in the Executive Search and Inclusion Consultancy space, most recently as Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO. She holds a BSc in Psychology.
