Sara Lockner

Sara Lockner joined EQT Legal in 2026 and is based in the Stockholm office.

Before joining EQT, Sara worked at Mannheimer Swartling as a lawyer in the funds and investments practice group, focusing on fund establishment, management team investment structures and other private equity matters.

Sara holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Stockholm University, Sweden.
