Sanjana Anand joined EQT Group in Sep 2025 as an Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets team, based in Bengaluru, India.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Sanjana worked at HSBC's Investment Banking division as part of the Leveraged Finance and Loan Syndications team.

Sanjana holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.
