Rosanna Shapland

Rosanna Shapland joined EQT Legal in 2025 and is based in the London office. Prior to joining EQT, Rosanna worked at ICG as a Director in the Fund Structuring team, where she worked across all strategies with a particular focus on real assets. Rosanna holds a masters degree in Politics from the University of Edinburgh. She also achieved Dean’s Honours from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and she achieved a Distinction in her legal diploma. Area Client Solutions
