Robert Sternberg
Robert Sternberg joined EQT Growth in 2025 as a Director. He primarily focuses on investing in software and fintech companies. Prior to EQT, Robert spent seven years at Accel across San Francisco and London, where he helped establish the Growth Fund’s presence in Europe as well as the global Leaders Fund. Some of his prior investments include Monzo, Remote, commercetools, Trade Republic, Vinted, Cognite, and UiPath. Robert started his career in technology investment banking at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco. Robert holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College and is originally from NYC.
