Rikke Kjær Nielsen
Based in Copenhagen, Rikke Kjær Nielsen focuses on Healthcare investments across Europe. She is on the Investment Committee of EQT Healthcare Growth and the EQT Foundation. Previously, she was a co-founding partner of EQT Future and EQT Mid Market Europe. Rikke joined EQT in April 2010 and in 2022 she was included in PEN Global "20 Trailblazing Women in PE" Prior to joining EQT, Rikke worked for Alfred Berg ABN AMRO in the Corporate Finance team. Rikke holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and she is a trained linguistic, interrogation and intelligence officer from the Royal Danish Army specialised in Russian affairs.
