Regina Jensen

Regina Jensen is Head of Mobility at EQT, where she leads the firm's global mobility function within HR. She manages the full range of cross-border movement for EQT employees, including short- and long-term international assignments, permanent transfers, immigration compliance, and cross-border working arrangements. Regina joined EQT in 2020. She holds a Master of Science in Service Management from Lund University, where she specialized in management and organizational studies within the service sector. Prior to joining EQT, Regina served as Global Mobility Manager at AFRY. Before that, she spent a decade as a consultant within relocation management services, with roles spanning leadership, key account management, and client delivery.
