Rania Belkahia
Rania Belkahia is a seasoned entrepreneur-turned-investor and a Partner at EQT Ventures. With a strong track record in fintech, e-commerce, and technology, she co-founded a leading multi-category marketplace and logistics platform in Africa, scaling it to 250+ employees across five countries and securing significant investments.
An engineer from Télécom ParisTech with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, Rania has played an active role in shaping the tech ecosystem in France. She served on the Conseil National du Numérique under President Hollande and was recognized as a Young Leader by the French-American Foundation.
