Rachel Heng

Rachel leads EQT Real Estate’s debt capital markets activities in APAC, bringing over 10 years of experience in banking and real estate finance across the region.

Prior to joining EQT, Rachel was Director of Debt & Structured Finance, APAC at JLL, where she advised real estate sponsors on structuring financing solutions across the capital stack and partnered with a broad range of domestic and international lenders.

Rachel previously worked in DBS Bank’s Institutional Banking Group, Global Real Estate Industry team, where she originated, structured, and executed over 80 real estate financing deals worth billions. She began her career as a Management Associate at DBS.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University, majoring in Finance (Investment Banking Track).
