Rachel Heng
Rachel Heng is a Director at EQT, where she leads debt capital markets activities for EQT Real Estate across APAC, covering debt origination, lender relationships and portfolio management. She joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining EQT, Rachel was Director of Debt & Structured Finance, APAC at JLL, where she advised real estate sponsors on financing solutions across the capital stack and worked with domestic and international banks and non-bank lenders. Before JLL, Rachel worked in DBS Bank's Institutional Banking Group, Global Real Estate Industry team, where she originated, structured, and executed over 80 real estate financing transactions totalling over $10 billion. She began her career at DBS as a Management Associate. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Finance (Investment Banking Track), from Singapore Management University.
