Philip Aarhus

Philip Aarhus is a Director in EQT Healthcare Growth, where he focuses on investments in Pharma Services, backing companies that support the development and manufacturing of new therapies. Based in London, Philip's work spans Europe, in line with EQT Healthcare Growth's mandate as a pan-European mid-market strategy dedicated to healthcare. Philip joined EQT in April 2016 as part of the Private Equity business line and was based in the firm's Copenhagen office before moving to London in 2024, when he transitioned to EQT Healthcare Growth. During his time in Private Equity, he worked on transactions including the acquisitions of Fertin Pharma, Banking Circle and Anticimex and the IPO of HusCompagniet. He also partnered with EQT's Business Development team on the IPO of EQT and the launch of EQT Nexus, the firm's first private wealth platform. Philip holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at Goldman Sachs in London in the Healthcare M&A team.
