Oscar Marshall

Oscar Marshall is an Associate in the EQT Life Sciences team, having joined EQT in April 2025.

Prior to EQT, Oscar worked in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice at Bain & Company, where he supported global pharma and biotech companies and advised financial sponsors on commercial due diligence for prospective healthcare investments.

Oscar holds a PhD from Imperial College, where his research focused on glycosylation and cell-free protein synthesis. He completed his Master’s project at The Francis Crick Institute, and his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. During his studies, Oscar also spent time as a Fellow at Flagship Pioneering and as an intern at SV Health Investors.
