Monica Bolander

Head of Talent Development & Learning at EQT, where she designs and leads structured learning programs and talent initiatives that foster growth mindsets and capability building across the organization. She founded the EQT Academy, establishing EQT's formal learning framework. Her work is grounded in EQT's core values—Respectful, Entrepreneurial, High-Performing, Informal, and Transparent. Based in Stockholm, Monica's initiatives span EQT's offices globally, supporting the firm's talent strategy and organizational capability as the firm grows and integrates new teams. Monica joined EQT Partners in 2008 and has been instrumental in building EQT's talent development function. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm University. Prior to joining EQT, she worked in human resources roles at Arla Foods and Lawson.
