Mikael Lagerman
Mikael Lagerman, based in Stockholm, is Director of the Transformation Office within Group Finance at EQT. Since joining EQT in 2019, he has played a central role in building and shaping the Group Finance function from its pre-IPO days. His work spans the establishment of core functions, processes, and tools that underpin how the organization operates today. In 2023, Mikael was based in Singapore, where he led the integration of Group Finance following EQT's acquisition of BPEA across the APAC region. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University. Prior to joining EQT, Mikael worked at Hennes & Mauritz, leading finance and accounting workstreams across SAP implementations globally.
