Melanie Lim

Melanie joined EQT Legal in 2026 and is based in the Singapore office.

Prior to joining EQT, she was Head of Legal, Southeast Asia at ESR Group, leading legal strategy and transaction execution across ESR's real estate platforms. Before that, she served as Legal Counsel at Keppel (Real Estate Division), supporting investments and asset management activities across key APAC jurisdictions.

She holds an LLB from the University of Nottingham, UK. She is also admitted as a solicitor in Singapore and England & Wales.
