Mariemme Nassiri Florido

Mariemme Nassiri is a Legal Director at EQT, where she advises on cross-border real estate and private equity transactions across Europe. Her practice covers acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and portfolio transactions across the full investment lifecycle. Based in London, Mariemme has a particular focus on pan-European real estate transactions, with significant experience across Southern European markets. Mariemme joined EQT in 2022. Prior to joining EQT, she spent eight years at J&A Garrigues, where she practised in the Real Estate and M&A team. She holds a Law Degree from Universidad Cardenal Cisneros, in collaboration with Universidad Complutense de Madrid, complemented by three years of studies in Business Administration. She also holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, in partnership with Universidad Nebrija and Fordham University School of Law in New York.
