Louise Ellison

Louise Ellison is Head of Sustainability for EQT's Private Capital EU and North America business line, where she is responsible for implementing EQT’s sustainability strategy across the fund management platform. She leads the Private Capital Sustainability team, working closely with investment professionals to ensure sustainability is embedded throughout the investment cycle and collaborates with the Global Client Services teams on client engagement and product development. Her work draws on over 25 years of experience in sustainability including operating at Group, C-Suite, and Board level in corporate, fund management, and consultancy contexts. Based in London, Louise's work spans EQT's Private Capital portfolio across Europe and North America, connecting sustainability strategy to the firm's broader responsible ownership agenda. Louise joined EQT in 2023 and is a member of the EQT Foundation Grant Committee. Louise holds a BSc in Estate Management from London South Bank University and an MPhil from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining EQT, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at Longevity Partners and as Head of Sustainability at Hammerson PLC.
