Kristan Carmona

Kristan Carmona is a Director in the Strategic Account Management group within EQT’s Global Wealth Solutions team. She focuses on intermediary partnerships across independent broker-dealers, RIA enterprises, and technology partners. Her work reflects EQT’s focus on broadening access to private markets for individual investors through the wealth channel. Prior to joining EQT in August 2026, she spent nearly a decade with Hamilton Lane’s Private Wealth Solutions team, where she managed relationships with financial intermediaries and platforms. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and AC Lordi Consulting. Kristan holds a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is based in Southern California.
