Katherine Kitson

Katherine Kitson leads the impact strategy for EQT Future, a longer-hold impact-driven fund investing across the Climate & Nature and Health & Wellbeing themes. A founding member of the strategy, Katherine focuses on identifying impact potential, underwriting co-linear commercial and impact theses, and designing the frameworks for impact integration across the full lifecycle, from sourcing to exit. Katherine joined EQT in 2018 in the Global Client Solutions team, working across EQT's real assets strategies, before shifting to work on product development for EQT Future. Prior to EQT, she worked in strategy and research roles across private markets, investment and trade policy, and international organizations. Katherine holds graduate degrees from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and New York University.
