Katerina Ford

Katerina Ford is EQT’s Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace, based in London, UK. She joined EQT in 2022.

Katerina leads EQT’s global Corporate Real Estate and Workplace function, with responsibility for real estate strategy, workplace operations and projects, sustainability, and health and safety.

Prior to joining EQT, Katerina held senior facilities and operations roles with CBRE, Mace and Carillion, supporting major corporate and public-sector organisations including American Express, Dell, Colt and the UK Home Office.
