Karolina Woronko-Kawa

Karolina Woronko-Kawa is a Legal Director at EQT, where she supports the Real Estate Europe business by facilitating transactions and ensuring robust legal protection across the portfolio. She is also responsible for implementing legal frameworks and processes that underpin the growth of EQT's European real estate platform. Based in Warsaw, Karolina works across a broad range of European markets, including Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Denmark, and Sweden, and increasingly collaborates across the wider European team on transactions beyond her initial regional scope. She travels regularly to EQT's London office as part of her work. Karolina joined EQT in March 2022 and was initially based in the firm's London office for the first six months before relocating to Warsaw. Karolina holds a Master of Laws from the University of Warsaw and is a qualified attorney-at-law (radca prawny). Prior to joining EQT, she worked at Greenberg Traurig in Warsaw, advising on real estate transactions.
