Jonathan Willatt
Jonathan Willatt is Transformation Managing Director in the COO Office at EQT, where he leads firm-wide initiatives. He plays a key role in shaping EQT's AI strategy, advancing the firm's operational and data maturity and evolving organizational design and M&A integration to enable EQT's continued scale. Based in London, Jonathan's work spans EQT globally. In 2024, he established EQT's Strategic Hubs in Bengaluru — launching the Investment Analyst Program — and in Warsaw for specialist functions, extending the firm's operational platform. Jonathan joined EQT in 2022 and moderates the firm's Operating Committee. Prior to joining EQT, he was Digitization & Information Officer at Helios Investment Partners in London and earlier a Vice President at Goldman Sachs.
