Jonathan Willatt

Jonathan Willatt joined EQT in 2022 and is Transformation Managing Director, COO Office.

He leads firm-wide transformation initiatives, playing a key role in shaping EQT’s AI strategy, advancing operational and data maturity, and evolving organizational design and M&A integration to enable the firm’s continued scale. In 2024, he established EQT’s Strategic Hubs in Bengaluru, launching the Investment Analyst Program, and in Warsaw for specialist functions. Jonathan also moderates the Operating Committee.

Prior to joining EQT, Jonathan was Digitization & Information Officer at Helios Investment Partners in London and previously a Vice President at Goldman Sachs.
