Jenny Frestadius

Jenny Frestadius is Head of Talent Acquisition at EQT, where she shapes and drives the firm's global recruitment strategy across all business lines. She leads the firm's Employer Branding strategy to position EQT as the most attractive employer in its field, and advises HR and business stakeholders on all aspects of talent acquisition, e.g. bringing a data-led approach to hiring decisions and building interview capability across the organisation. Looking ahead, Jenny is defining how EQT attracts and secures the talent it will need for the future — pioneering AI-powered recruitment tools to position EQT at the forefront of modern talent acquisition practice. Based in Stockholm, Jenny's work spans EQT's global platform, partnering with teams across Europe, Asia, and North America. Jenny joined EQT in August 2022. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich and is CIPD qualified. Prior to joining EQT, she was Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Spotify from 2011 to 2016, and subsequently served as Nordic Head of Recruitment at BCG from 2016 to 2022.
