Jay Patel
Jay Patel is a Director at EQT, where he leads debt capital markets for the firm's real estate platform across Europe. In this role, Jay is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing financings across EQT's pan-European real estate portfolio. Jay joined EQT in 2018. Prior to EQT, Jay worked at Europa Capital, a European real estate investment manager, and before that at BDO's real estate team. Jay holds a BA in International Business, Finance and Economics, an MSc in Finance, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England & Wales.
