Jacki Speaker

Jacki Speaker, Managing Director, Private Capital Jacki Speaker joined EQT Partners in May 2026. She leads Private Capital fundraising activities across the Eastern United States and works with the firm’s Consultant Relationships. Prior to joining EQT, Jacki spent four years at Blackstone, where she focused on raising capital for Blackstone’s private equity strategies. Prior to that, she spent over eight years on KKR’s Client & Partner Group, where she focused on capital raising across the firm’s investment capabilities. She began her career at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Jacki holds a B.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
