Ines Leung

Ines Leung is a Managing Director based in EQT's San Francisco office, where she serves as Head of Americas for EQT Real Estate's Global Client Solutions team. In this role, she is responsible for capital raising, client relations, and business development across a broad range of real estate strategies. Prior to joining EQT in 2022, she was the Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Sundance Bay. She previously served as Director of Global Investment Management at GE Capital in New York, where she led U.S. investor capital raising for equity and debt funds and ventures spanning North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Prior to GE Capital, she held senior positions at Credit Suisse's Real Estate Private Funds Group and DTZ's business development team. She began her career in the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Design & Environmental Analysis from Cornell University. Ines is a board member of WIRE (Women in Real Estate) and ACRE (Asians in Commercial Real Estate), and chairs Columbia Business School's Real Estate Symposium.
