Eva Tay

Eva Tay joined EQT in January 2022. She is a Managing Director in EQT's Global Client Solutions team, where she leads capital raising and client solutions efforts for the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on real estate. Based in Singapore, Eva's work spans the Asia Pacific region, and she plays a central role in EQT's efforts to deepen its real estate investor relationships across key markets in Asia. Prior to joining EQT, she served as Head of Capital Markets (Asia) at Round Hill Capital, where she led business development and capital raising for the firm's real estate platforms across Europe and the US. Before that, she was based in Singapore and China with other real estate firms including Keppel Land, focusing on business development and marketing. Eva holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
