Eric Joubert

Eric joined EQT Partners in September 2022 as part of the Sustainability Integration team within the Private Capital business. He supports sustainability due diligence and helps portfolio companies integrate sustainability into their full potential plans to drive value creation throughout the investment lifecycle.

Prior to EQT, Eric worked in banking and private credit at BNP Paribas (Hong Kong) and Omnes Capital (Paris) before joining Deloitte’s Sustainable Finance practice in Singapore and London. At Deloitte, he advised financial institutions on sustainable finance strategy, product development, and reporting. He also contributed to the Sustainable Markets’ Scaling Private Sector Investment (SPSI) Initiative, helping identify barriers to financing sustainable development projects and supporting the creation of scalable financing solutions.

Eric holds a Master’s in Management from EMLyon Business School in France and studied at East China Normal University in Shanghai. He holds the CFA UK Certificate in ESG Investing, the CFA UK Certificate in Impact Investing, and the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership Certificate in Sustainable Finance.
