Dominika Kupczyk
Dominika Kupczyk joined EQT in February 2025 and is a Director in the Risk, Regulatory & Compliance function, where she leads the firm's privacy and AI compliance programme. Prior to joining EQT, Dominika worked for HSBC Group, where she held various positions within the Group Digital Legal department, including secondment to Zing, HSBC's fintech. Prior to HSBC Dominika worked at City of London law firms including Fieldfisher and Charles Russel Speechlys. Dominika holds legal degrees from the University College London and Adam Mickiewicz's University in Poland.
