Dennis Bao

Dennis Bao joined EQT Partners as a Vice President on the Private Equity Team in 2025.

Prior to joining EQT, Dennis worked for Cove Hill Partners in Boston and Blackstone in New York.

Dennis holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College, where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
