Daniel Sandground

Daniel Sandground is a Tax Director at EQT Real Estate, where he leads tax and structuring matters across the European real estate business. His role spans acquisitions, financing, restructurings, repatriations and exits, alongside tax governance and risk management. Daniel joined EQT in 2021 and is based in London. Prior to joining EQT, he worked in real estate tax at Barings and KPMG. Daniel is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MSc in Enterprise, Environment and Place and a BA in Geography, both from the University of Birmingham.
