Daniel O'Neill

Daniel O'Neill is a Director in EQT's Group Finance function, responsible for overseeing all corporate accounting operations across the Americas from EQT's Radnor, Pennsylvania office. In this role, he leads the accounting team covering financial reporting integrity and operational finance processes across EQT's Americas platform. Daniel joined EQT in April 2021 through the firm's acquisition of Exeter Property Group, having been part of the Exeter Fund Ops team since December 2016. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from La Salle University, with a double major in Accounting and Finance and maintains an active CPA license. Prior to Exeter, he spent seven years in public accounting; the last four years at PwC focused on audit for financial services clients.
