Conrad Schoo

Conrad joined EQT Ventures in 2024 and focuses on all things B2B software, from enterprise AI apps to underlying AI infrastructure. Based in our London office but originally from Germany, you will typically find him between London, Berlin and Munich.

Before joining EQT Ventures, Conrad spent several years advising growth equity funds and technology companies as part of Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group. Earlier in his career, he gained first tech exposure at early-stage VC Picus Capital and at a Berlin-based e-commerce platform. Conrad holds an MSc from London Business School and a BSc from Rotterdam School of Management.

Outside of work, Conrad is passionate about sports (tennis & running), music (always looking for a new SoundCloud set), and visiting his friends across Europe.
