Christoffer Hæger

Christoffer Haeger is a Director in Group Finance at EQT, where he leads Finance Operations across EMEA and APAC. His team is responsible for the finance operations of more than 30 legal entities across 25 jurisdictions, covering outsourced accounting service provider management, statutory audits, tax and regulatory reporting. Based in Stockholm, Christoffer's work spans EQT's corporate entity structure across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Christoffer joined EQT in 2024. Prior to joining, he held senior finance leadership roles — including as Accounting Director — at EQT portfolio companies Epidemic Sound and Instabee, gaining deep operational finance experience across multiple industries. Christoffer holds an MSc in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and French, from Linköping University and EDHEC Business School.
