Chloe Paramatti

Chloe Paramatti is Early Stage People Lead at EQT Early Stage Tech, where she works closely with portfolio founders and executive teams on people and organisational priorities to support growth. Her work includes organisational design, talent intelligence, and executive compensation. Chloe joined EQT in 2022, initially based in Berlin before moving to the London office in 2026. Before joining EQT, Chloe spent nearly a decade working with technology companies across Europe, the US, and ANZ, often joining at critical growth stages. She worked across multiple areas of the business at companies including Apple and Handy, shaping a practical and commercially driven approach to people, operations, and organisational effectiveness. Chloe holds an MA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and completed an exchange programme at the University of Washington.
