Chloe Arrowsmith

Chloe joined EQT in 2023 and is now Head of HR for Private Capital EU & NA. She leads the HR team supporting all Private Capital EU & NA employees across 19 geographies. Prior to joining EQT, Chloe spent four years at the Food Delivery Scale Up, Deliveroo. Based in London, she led the UK & European HR teams supporting all employees across the region. Chloe moved to Deliveroo with many colleagues from Google where she had spent the previous 13 years. At Google, she was an HR Business Partner for Android teams across Europe - a generalist working in advisory, employee relations, learning & development, organisational health, cyclical programmes & performance management. Chloe has a Law & Politics degree from the University of Birmingham in the UK.
