Carl Kindborg

Carl Kindborg joined EQT in 2022 and holds the position of Head of HR, Global Wealth & Central Functions. Prior to joining EQT, Carl served as Head of HR for Citi in the Nordic Region. Before Citi, Carl was based in New York, working as a Strategic HR Business Partner. Carl holds an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics, where he was awarded the SSE MBA Corporate Partner Scholarship. He holds a MS in HR Mgmt. & Labor Relations and a B.S. in Business from New York Institute of Technology. Carl is also a certified executive Coach. A former athlete, Carl captained the New York Institute of Technology men's basketball team and was named Student-Athlete of the Year. Outside his executive career, Carl has served as an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College, City University of New York, chaired the American Chamber of Commerce's Future of Work Committee in Sweden, and contributed as a mentor and board member to the Stockholm School of Economics Gender Advisory Board.
