Brett Geiger

Brett Geiger is a Vice President on the EQT Life Sciences team, having joined in December 2025. He is based in the Boston office.

Prior to joining EQT, Brett was a Vice President at Alexandria Venture Investments, the strategic life sciences investment arm of Alexandria Real Estate Equities and one of the most active life sciences investment firms in the US.

Brett holds a Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from MIT and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
