He played a central role in building Motherbrain - EQT’s proprietary AI platform - from concept to a core part of how the firm sources and evaluates investments. Today, he focuses on connecting the firm’s AI capabilities to its investment process - building the agents, scoring models and sourcing systems that shape how EQT Ventures discovers and prioritizes tomorrow’s generation-defining founders and companies.
