Anica Oesterle

Anica Oesterle joined EQT’s Private Equity team in New York City in February 2023 and has been based in Munich since 2026.

Prior to EQT, Anica worked in Goldman Sachs’s TMT Investment Banking group in London and San Francisco. She also spent time as an AI Engineer at appliedAI in Munich, and as a Product Manager at NVIDIA and Google’s Moonshot Factory in California, working on MLOps platforms and Large Language Models.

Anica holds a B.Sc. from the University of Mannheim and an M.Sc. and MBA from Stanford University.
